I'LL BE BACK!:

Speaking of backs (I'm so witty) my back went out on me last Saturday. I can't even say that I was doing anything strenuous or it's an old war injury...I was tying up my shoes! So sad! I was at the gym getting my sweats on, preparing for another adventure with the Sarge and then pain! i think I sat in the change room for about 20 minutes, couldn't move at all. I was finally able to waddle to the front of the gym to be greeted by the Sarge. All she said was..."you'll do anything to get out of this"...I felt the love people, I felt the love. Needless to say I couldn't enjoy the day with the Sarge and I went home...still in my sweats. I was in bed for the rest of Saturday and Sunday. Just going to the bathroom was a treat...I looked like a baby, bent over with hands out in front and muttering to myself (swearing). The things I do for beauty. Monday i was still sore and spent a good deal of the day in bed with a heating pad. Today, I went to the gym and did a very slow walk on the treadmill, the Sarge said was important to keep moving. The pain is still there but much better then at the beginning. Not sure what the results will be this week as I haven't been able to put my best foot forward...nor my worst foot.

I've noticed something, all my injuries/ailments are on my right side. My Achilles tendon, my knee and now my back! The only thing that disrupts this trend is when I have a brain cramp, that's usually full orbital! I know many people are agreeing with that comment.

Many people have noticed that I've lost weight. They all say my face is getting slimmer...does that mean I've lost 25 pounds off my head! Heck, I'm starting to look like a cartoon character! No comments please...

I know I've commented before about the quality of gym that Bodilogix is...it's first rate. They even have two ply!! That's a joke that needed to be flushed out.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I usually just say yes dear.

Well I had another groovy time putting this together, so what it is and what it shall be...peace out!

Big Dave
