A'RE ! HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO SEA...I mean Bodilogix

Ahoy shipmates! It's Barnacle Bill the Sailor here! Good ole Barnacle Bill, quite the saucy lad he was. I won't repeat the song here, it just wouldn't be polite.

I enjoyed another day at the gym this morning. Today I was Sarge free so I spent the time on the treadmill. I've been able to work the time up to 70 minutes from just 20 minutes when i started. I'm not exactly covering a blistering( random thought, a Zebra is white with black stripes, how do they know that!?) pace but I do get to 6 Kilometres and I also have it on a slight incline. I would like to cover 10 Kilometres at a time but that will come later.

The knee seems to be getting a little better but now the Achilles tendon is acting up...sore! Usually once I get warmed up it feels better and I can continue with what I'm doing but this morning it never really felt good. Eventually I had to slow down the pace but i still did the 70 minutes. All these aches and pains are to be expected and it's just something that has to be dealt with and move on.

This morning I did another interview with The Breeze 107.9, this time with Joe Snider. He seems like another good lad and he has also gone through his own weight reduction... a lot of us seem to be facing this battle. I'm amazed about how nice the staff are at the local radio stations...it's hard to believe that they work for Dave Hughes and Don Conway! Just kidding boys.

I just remembered when I was on the treadmill this morning I saw a reflection of myself...God have mercy! Man i looked like a baby moose on skates...I'm not exactly the most graceful mammal on the planet. I told that to the Sarge this morning and she actually disagreed with me. She said I have the wrong perspective on what I look like (awe)...she said I look like an adult moose on skates! Again I felt the love...
