A miracle happened at Bodilogix on Saturday! I guess none of us should be surprised as this is actually the time for miracles being the Christmas Season. Having said that, i still couldn't believe what i was seeing...the Doc was actually skipping rope inside the gym and not in the parking lot! We were all so proud of her...like watching a toddler taking the first step, will wonders never cease! For you that may have forgotten, the Doc has a phobia about skipping in the gym, so this is one small step, or should i say one small skip for her. This is a story that you really needed to have been there to witness the excitement...good for you Dr. Kathy. I have to wonder though if she stayed inside because it was 20 below outside?!

The boot campers are starting to go crazy at Bodilogix! On Saturday some of the girls started to do the "towel dance" (Linda and Melissa) and then they wanted me to do it! The towel dance is taking the gym towel and sliding it across your butt and dancing. Now, the ladies looked great while doing this, i myself would look like a bear with an itchy butt! Also, I wouldn't want to have to do the laundry after I was done! To my dismay, the ladies talked the Sarge into creating a free style dance as a station for the next boot camp!! Will the torment never end?! Better stock up on the bleach...you know what I'm say'in...

So far I've been able to resist the many temptations out there with the goodies all over the place. I've been close to cheating a couple of times but I was able to close the door on it. It's going to be a hard month but hopefully I can stay focused.

Had a good work out this morning with the Sarge...doing a lot of personal bests with the weights, which is a great feeling!

Remember....Handle every stressful situation like a dog, pee on it and walk away!
