I'm baaaaaccckk!
Sorry folks but it's been a very busy time and i haven't had the opportunity to put anything on my blog. As you well know yesterday I weighed in and I lost another five pounds...i couldn't believe it! For the last two weeks i was only doing one a week and them wham, a big five kicks in! I don't know how that happened because I didn't change anything, but I'm not complaining...you know what I'm say'in, say'in. So the grand total is now 44 pounds which means I'm still on target for the magical 50 by Thanksgiving. I hope to lose 52 pounds by then to give me some wiggle room on that weekend...cause I'm letting loose baby!!

For the last few days the boys have had to use the women's showers as ours are being fixed. I'm not complaining...you know what I'm say'in. I think the men have brought a new flavour into the women's change room. Heck their change room is a like a spa! So a new presence has been established in the mini-spa...it's best described as...funkified. Yup, I'll just leave it at that...self-explanatory i think. By the way, you're welcome ladies!

Did you know that Dave Hughes is so old that when he was a boy the Dead Sea was only sick! Budda bing budda boom!

I made another big transition in my life last week...I shaved off my mustache! I had this lip cover for 32 years, it feels kind of a strange but so far it's been a positive reaction. Apparently it makes me look younger...I was actually trying to lose a pound! One thing that I've noticed since loosing the stache my nostril hairs are much more prominent...I need garden shears! Before they could be lost in my mustacheo but know they are free and flowing in the wind. I've come to realize that I'm just a living version of "Mr. Potato head"! Heck these things are so big I can braid them! Oh what I do for beauty.

A thought...would a fly without wings be called a walk? Makes one wonder.

Also we will be doing our first speaking engagement to the Lion's Club just after Thanksgiving...move over Al Gore!
