We have a very busy week coming up at Bodilogix...the Fame bodybuilding show will be this Saturday! We have four folks from the gym that will be competing in the event; Andrea Johnson, Cindy Adams, Chris Littlechild and Devin Olivieri. I know they will do us proud!

Andrea wanted me to go into the event this year but for some reason they scrapped the Sumo Division...they ran out of material for the thongs! Damn, i was looking forward to it.

Also on Saturday I will be getting my head shaved! The Cops Against Cancer event will be going ahead at 2pm at Northumberland Mall. Apparently 21 officers will be participating from as far away as Kingston! I have no doubt the cameras will be in full action that day!
Talking about cancer...the Relay for Life is coming up in June, another great event which i will have the honour of participating in with my great friend Trevor and family!

Yesterday morning I was in charge of the gym...just helping out the Sarge. About 8:45am I received my first phone call from her about a Detox Seminar that was going ahead that afternoon and that i needed to set up some chairs. No problem, i can handle that. I didn't know it was necessary to have a seminar about "detoxing"...I usually do that every morning! Anyways, after the phone call I had to ..."detox" so I attended Bodilogix Headquarters, in this case the men's change room. As I was contemplating the meaning of life the phone rang again! Fortunately being a dedicated volunteer at the gym i had brought the portable phone in with me. Well if it wasn't Andrea again! So here I am trying to detox while she's talking in one ear about detoxing and I have my ipod in the other ear listening to the Rolling Stones singing " I can't Get No Satisfaction"! Life has a funny way of unfolding at times!

Remember to follow your dreams...except the one where your naked in church!

The other day the sarge was wearing a fluorescent yellow shirt...now that was bright! It was like looking at the sun...I'm sure I got my full dose of vitamin D for a week!

There are good ships,
and there are wood ships.
The ships that sail the sea,
but the best ships are friendships,
and may they always be!

Big dave out!
